Overview and Purpose
- Who attends: Representatives from local unions representing over 60,000 members in Ontario’s hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community health sectors (including personal support workers, nurses, dietary staff, and maintenance workers).
- Main goals: Delegates coordinate sector bargaining, launch public campaigns, and discuss health and safety, understaffing, and the quality of public healthcare.
