When you are electing an Equity Officer on March 29th, 2025, you are electing someone that will:

· Chair the Equity Committee

· Work in collaboration with the Local Committees to search for opportunities to celebrate the diversity of the membership

· Participate, lead and mentor our members about human rights and equity related issues

· Suggest and participate in education to further the advancement of our Executive Board and membership

· Ensure that the Local utilizes gender neutral pronouns throughout all forms of communication

· Render assistance to any member of the Executive as directed by the Table Officers
